Always Mercy

HOW WE SERVE

Many suffer in silence

72% of Kenyans live in the rural areas

Many of them live on less than $1 per day. They have no money for medical care or transportation to larger cities to receive care. Many suffer silently in homes and are rarely seen by doctors or nurses. More

Your gift enables us to care for those who suffer and have no hope.

A place of mercy where once was none

Help us to serve the least and the lost

Your support brings mercy to those who need it most

Always Mercy, a U.S. 501(c)(3), supports effective and compassionate medical care in western Kenya through our sister organization in Kenya, Rehema Hospice and Clinic (LLC) in Ringa Village. Rehema provides outpatient clinical services and has an inpatient hospice currently under construction. Our dream is to build a 42-bed hospice. More

Offering mercy at home

Palliative care improves quality of life for patients and families facing problems associated with chronic or life-threatening illnesses. Palliative care benefits children or adults, caring for the whole person as God has created us: body, mind and soul. This specialized care can be provided in the home. More

Showing Mercy. Transforming Care

The ultimate vision is for Rehema Hospice and Clinic to become a comprehensive care center focused on the most vulnerable in western Kenya – the chronically ill and the dying. This state of the art facility will provide the very best hospice and palliative care where there previously was none. More

Safe water in Kenya

When water-borne diseases were assessed as a major source of illness in Kenya, an easier, low-cost, and more impactful solution was available. Since 2011, Deaconess Pamela has raised funds to purchase in the U.S. and install in Kenya Sawyer International water filters. Over 1,200 filters have been installed to date. Each filter can supply enough water for 10 people daily, so approximately 12,000 people receive safe water. Just $60 provides a family of four with up to ten years of safe, clean water.

Support Compassionate Care through Always Mercy

Help us make a difference by making a donation to Always mercy. Just $25 per day provides essential care in our facility for someone who would otherwise suffer alone with a life-threatening disease.
